About Us
We are a professional, enrichment-focused dog daycare and training facility located in Stouffville, ON. Led by a Certified Professional Dog Trainer (CPDT-KA) and Family Dog Mediator, we offer Enrichment Daycare, Day School, Private & Group Training, and Grooming Services. We’re growing and looking for a Part-Time Daycare Supervisor to join our dynamic, dog-loving team.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise and lead daycare staff and co-op students during active shifts
Monitor dog playgroups to ensure safety, positive social interactions, and enrichment
Assist in dog intake assessments and behaviour observations
Communicate with clients about their dog’s experience, progress, and wellness
Maintain facility cleanliness and ensure health/safety protocols are followed
Support daily operations and collaborate with trainers on enrichment activities
Train and mentor new daycare team members
About You (Qualifications)
1+ year experience in a dog daycare, kennel, shelter, or related animal-care setting
Comfortable supervising staff, volunteers, or co-op students
Skilled in reading dog body language and safely managing off-leash playgroups
Strong communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently
Comfortable with physically active work
Currently working toward or already certified as CPDT-KA, Fear Free, or similar (preferred but not required)
Must be available for some weekend shifts for events a few times a year

Schedule
15–25 hours per week
Shifts typically between 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekend availability required (for events)
Pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour
