We are seeking an HR & Office Manager to take full ownership of people, performance, compliance, and office operations across our group of companies.

This is a hands-on leadership role, not a transactional HR position.

Role Overview

This role owns:

People management

Performance and accountability

Policies, compliance, and training

Office operations and administrative leadership

You will work closely with senior leadership and manage administrative staff across all divisions.

Key Responsibilities
People & HR

Lead hiring, onboarding, and offboarding across all companies

Own performance management, discipline, and terminations

Implement and enforce company policies and standards

Manage training, certifications, and compliance

Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations

Office & Administration

Oversee and manage all administrative staff across divisions

Set clear expectations, workflows, and accountability

Ensure office operations are organized, professional, and efficient

Coordinate closely with Finance and Systems leadership

Health & Safety (Program Ownership)

Own the Health & Safety program company-wide

Ensure documentation, training, and compliance are in place

Coordinate with field leadership to enforce standards

This role does not replace site supervision — it ensures structure and follow-through

Qualifications & Requirements

5+ years of experience in HR / Office Management (construction, infrastructure, or industrial environment preferred)

Strong understanding of performance management and discipline

Comfortable having difficult conversations when required

Highly organized, structured, and process-driven

Confident working directly with senior leadership

On-site availability (not a remote role)
