About the Role
A pool construction and service company in Whitchurch-Stouffville is seeking a Warranty Clerk to support operations, communication, administration, and organization related to pool equipment warranties. This role ensures warrantied items are managed efficiently and professionally, aligned with the company’s core values.
Key Responsibilities
Communication
Communicate with service and construction departments regarding faulty or defective equipment
Administration & Organization
Submit warranty claims to manufacturers
Process paperwork submitted by technicians
Track labor hours for warranty work
Deliver defective equipment to manufacturers when necessary
Maintain records of claims, including returned, rejected, and reimbursed items
Qualifications
1–2 years experience working with pool equipment preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Office, Outlook, and Sage 300
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills
Customer service mindset beneficial
High school diploma or GED
