Description: EvoLab is setting the gold standard for luxury automotive care across Ontario. We specialize in advanced paint correction, ceramic coatings, vinyl wraps, window tinting, and mobile dealership services. Our mission is to deliver a premium client experience that redefines luxury automotive cosmetics. As we pursue aggressive growth, we are looking for a sales leader who can turn vision into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
•Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team across multiple channels, including telemarketing, door-to-door, and B2B sales
•Build and structure scalable sales systems, including scripts, training programs, and performance benchmarks
•Establish and maintain strong relationships with automotive dealerships to secure long-term contracts and premium partnerships
•Lead daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities with discipline, accountability, and consistency
•Mentor and motivate team members to meet and exceed sales targets
•Negotiate and close high-value contracts that directly support EvoLab’s expansion
•Represent EvoLab with professionalism, confidence, and authority in all client interactions
Hours per week: Monday-Friday 40
Rate of Pay: $28/hour + uncapped commission
