Description:
Lead daily detailing operations, assigning tasks and ensuring timely completion
•Perform detailed quality inspections on every vehicle prior to delivery
•Train, mentor, and develop detailers on advanced techniques, efficiency, and proper product use
•Oversee chemical and equipment inventory, ensuring cost control and accurate usage tracking
•Enforce EvoLab’s SOPs and maintain accountability across the service team
•Manage client feedback and resolve concerns professionally to maintain high satisfaction
•Collaborate with the Operations Manager to balance quality, speed, and productivity
