Responsibilities • Lead field operations across all active projects • Mentor Civil Superintendents, Supervisors, and Foremen • Support manpower and equipment planning • Resolve field issues and escalate risks early • Conduct regular site visits and quality checks • Support Project Managers and Senior Project Managers with schedule alignment • Enforce safety, productivity, and quality standards Requirements • Civil construction experience in Canada or the United States is required • 15+ years heavy civil construction experience • Proven ability to manage multiple teams and complex operations • Strong communication, leadership, and planning ability • Valid G driver’s license This position offers an opportunity to lead impactful infrastructure projects while working within a dynamic team committed to excellence in construction delivery.
