Requirements:
•Auto parts experience is a must
•Dealership experience is considered an asset
•Knowledge of PBS is considered an asset
•Minimum 2-year telephone-based customer service experience.
•Possess exceptionally strong telephone communications skills.
•To be a dealership/brand advocate promoting extraordinary customer service.
•Must be detail-oriented, thorough, and able to work independently.
•Is knowledgeable about dealership operations.
•Flexibility and adaptability.
•The desire for continuous professional growth and improvement.
•Problem-solving.
•Ability to work effectively and congenially with others in the department and the dealership.
•Ability and aptitude to establish rapport with customers over the telephone.
Description:
•Supplying parts quotes and sales to service, internal, retail, and wholesale clients.
•Answering phone calls on an ongoing basis.
•Organizing and maintain parts department and workspace.
•Helping in stocking inventory daily as required.
•When necessary, helping in the delivery of parts to clients.
