Responsibilities
Front Office & Coordination
•Manage incoming calls
•Manage incoming and outgoing shipments
•Maintain office organization and inventory (samples, supplies, promo materials)
•Support with preparation of kitted materials and packages for clients
•Administrative Accounting Support
•Create client invoices and estimates
•Enter vendor bills and basic accounting data
•Support simple accounts receivable and payable tasks
•Maintain clean, accurate, and well-organized records
What You Bring
•Experience in an office administrative role
•Strong attention to detail and organization
•Confidence using computers and learning new tools
•A professional, friendly phone manner
•Administrative accounting experience is an asset, but not required. Curiosity, reliability, and accuracy matter more.
