Description: Position Overview:

This role is primarily focused on website management and social media marketing, with additional administrative support responsibilities. The ideal candidate is comfortable creating content, engaging online audiences, and helping keep our office running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
Website & Social Media (Primary Focus),

Update and maintain company website (photos, blogs, promotions, service pages),

Create and schedule engaging social media content (Facebook, Instagram, etc.),

Take and edit photos/videos of completed pool projects,

Respond to social media messages and comments,

Assist with email marketing campaigns and promotions,

Monitor online reviews and help maintain positive brand presence,

Track engagement and provide basic monthly analytics reports,

Administrative Support (Secondary Focus as needed):

Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries,

Schedule service appointments and consultations,

Maintain customer records and filing systems,

Provide general office support to the team.
Hours per week: 35
Rate of Pay: $20 - $24
