Requirements: In this role, you will assist with administrative, research, and coordination tasks related to business plans, grant applications, and client projects. Description: Duties/Responsibilities:
● Provide administrative and project support to the business plan and grant writing staff.
● Assist with background research on industries, markets, and competitors.
● Collect, organize, and summarize client-provided information and documentation.
● Support market research efforts by compiling data from reports and public sources.
● Assist with formatting, proofreading, and organizing plans, proposals, and applications.
● Track project timelines, deadlines, and application requirements.
● Help prepare supporting documents for funding and grant submissions.
● Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
● Communicate internally with team members to ensure project needs are met efficiently.
Skills and Qualification Requirements:
● Experience or interest in administrative support, business planning, grant writing, or research.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
● Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
● A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, research, statistics) is preferred but not required.

Hours per week: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. 35+
Rate of Pay: from $18/hour
