Requirements: The Office Administrator is responsible for administrative, customer service and financial tasks of the Company in accordance with the policy and sales plan. This person must exhibit professionalism and highly efficient work habits, continuously strive to improve the efficiency of the office and overall operation of the business.
Job Type: Permanent Full-Time Position
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Duties and Responsibilities
Office tasks include, but are not limited to:
● General office management duties such as answering phones, handling mail/FedEx/UPS, ordering supplies and scheduling various vendors for services.
● Entering and coding timesheets and coordinating payroll for the Branch.
● Handle requisitions and purchase orders for the Branch field management.
● Track and process documents for efficient billing.
● Coordinate new hire paperwork, uniforms, and scheduling.
Requirements
● Must be highly organized, resourceful and a strong multi-tasker. At a minimum, three years of prior experience in an Office Manager/Administrative Assistant role is necessary.
● Associate's degree in business or related major preferred.
● Strong oral and written communication skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) is extremely helpful.
● Prior experience with financial software packages preferred.
● Must have and maintain an upbeat, professional and friendly attitude and demeanour.
