Description: Work Scope
•Part of an in-house, full-service marketing agency in automotive retail
•Primary marketing advisor to dealership general managers
•Marketing strategy and performance for assigned portfolio of dealerships
•Marketing budgets across assigned dealerships
•Dealership marketing plans aligned with OEM brand standards and program requirements
•Internal authority on assigned OEM brands: campaigns, scorecards, co-op funds, ROI
•End-to-end campaigns to meet monthly sales and business goals

Dealership Marketing Strategy
•Translate dealership and group objectives into actionable marketing strategies and sales
•Proactively deliver monthly opportunities across model lines and lifecycle campaigns
•Deliver multi-channel marketing strategies across internal marketing teams
•Own dealership CRM and lifecycle marketing
•Incorporate local market conditions, OEM data, and market share into campaigns
•Benchmark competitors

Client Relations
•Be the marketing liaison for dealerships and OEM partners
•Participate in OEM meetings
•Communicate OEM programs and compliance
•Advocate for dealership needs
•Support OEM marketing reviews and brand compliance

Partnerships
•Develop brand and vendor partnerships
•Support community, event and supplier partnerships
•Collaborate on partner negotiations, evaluations, and goal alignments
•Integrate partner activities into broad marketing strategies
•Ensure partner initiative compliance

Project Coordination
•Prepare briefs and priorities aligned to brand, market, and performance goals
•Lead cross-functional execution by marketing teams
•Ensure consistent execution with approved strategies, brand standards and requirements
•Collaborate with subject-matter experts from Marketing and external agencies

Reports & Performance Monitoring
•Conduct concise monthly marketing performance reviews with dealer clients in person
•Oversee marketing reports to align with OEMs and dealers
•Monitor dealer performance against scorecards
Hours per week:
Rate of Pay: $55,000-$70,000
