Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with industrial equipment is an advantage

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities
•
Ability to lift and move boxes as part of daily duties
•
Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
•
French language skills are a strong asset.
Description:
We’re looking for a dependable and detail‑oriented Spare Parts & Customer Service Representative to support our parts department. This role blends customer interaction with hands‑on warehouse work, including order packing and forklift operation. What You’ll Do
•
Provide responsive and professional customer service for spare parts inquiries (phone, email, and internal requests)
•
Identify required parts, prepare quotes, and process orders
•
Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders with accuracy and care
•
Operate a forklift to move, load, and organize inventory (training/certification required)
•
Maintain organized stock areas and assist with inventory counts
•
Coordinate with service technicians, production, and logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment
•
Update order status, shipping details, and customer records in internal systems
•
Support general warehouse and administrative tasks as needed
