Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Computer skills MS OFFICE, AUTOCAD, (ERP/CRM experience is an asset)

Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with industrial equipment is an advantage

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities

Ability to lift and move boxes as part of daily duties

Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)

French language skills are a strong asset.
Description: We’re looking for a dependable and detail‑oriented Spare Parts & Customer Service Representative to support our parts department. This role blends customer interaction with hands‑on warehouse work, including order packing and forklift operation. What You’ll Do

Provide responsive and professional customer service for spare parts inquiries (phone, email, and internal requests)

Identify required parts, prepare quotes, and process orders

Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders with accuracy and care

Operate a forklift to move, load, and organize inventory (training/certification required)

Maintain organized stock areas and assist with inventory counts

Coordinate with service technicians, production, and logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment

Update order status, shipping details, and customer records in internal systems

Support general warehouse and administrative tasks as needed
Hours per week: Monday-Friday 40
Rate of Pay: TBD
