TEAM Finance & Real Estate Group Inc. is seeking a Copywriter & Marketing Specialist to support brand development, lead generation, and digital marketing strategy across its mortgage, real estate, and business development divisions.
This role focuses on developing high-quality written content and executing marketing initiatives designed to generate qualified leads, strengthen brand positioning, and support revenue growth. The successful candidate will translate complex financial and real estate concepts into clear, compelling messaging tailored to homeowners, investors, and small business owners.
• Write website content for mortgage, real estate, and financial services pages
• Develop email marketing campaigns integrated with CRM systems
• Draft LinkedIn posts, educational articles, and authority-building content
• Create client-facing guides (e.g., loan readiness, refinancing strategies, investment positioning)
• Support preparation of investor presentations and strategic documents
• Assist in CRM database segmentation and campaign planning
• Build and manage marketing workflows using HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft or equivalent CRM
• Coordinate content calendars and publishing schedules
• Develop landing page copy and optimize lead capture forms
• Track engagement metrics and support campaign performance optimization
• Conduct competitor research within mortgage and real estate markets
• Refine value propositions for specialized financial products
• Develop messaging frameworks for niche markets (self-employed professionals, investors, business owners)
• Ensure brand consistency across digital platforms
• Monitor key performance indicators including open rates, click-through rates, engagement, and conversions
• Prepare monthly marketing performance summaries
• Support A/B testing initiatives
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend strategic adjustments
