Experience within mortgage brokerage, real estate, or financial services environments is considered an asset but not mandatory.
Description:
TEAM Finance & Real Estate Group Inc. is seeking a Database Management Specialist to oversee the organization, accuracy, and strategic use of client and prospect data across its mortgage, real estate, and business development divisions.
This role is responsible for ensuring clean, structured, and actionable data within the company’s CRM and related systems. The successful candidate will help build a reliable data infrastructure that supports marketing campaigns, pipeline tracking, compliance, and revenue generation.• Maintain and update CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft or equivalent CRM)
• Clean, deduplicate, and standardize contact records
• Ensure accurate entry of client information (name, address, email, phone, segmentation tags)
• Implement structured data fields aligned with business divisions
• Segment contacts by category (mortgage clients, real estate investors, business owners, renewals, etc.)
• Support campaign-specific list building for marketing initiatives
• Generate reports related to lead sources, engagement, and pipeline activity
• Assist in tracking revenue pipeline visibility across divisions
• Coordinate data flow between CRM, email marketing tools, and internal systems
• Support integration with accounting and operational platforms where required
• Ensure data consistency across platforms
• Maintain organized digital records for audit readiness
• Ensure secure handling of client data in accordance with privacy standards
• Document database workflows and internal procedures
• Support data governance and system integrity protocols
Hours per week:
Monday-Friday / Weekend Availability (if needed)
