•2+ years experience in sales coordination/inside sales/sales support (B2B preferred)
•Strong writing (email), organization, and follow-up discipline
•Comfortable with CRM and Excel/Sheets
•Able to prepare professional quote packages and manage approvals
•Calm under pressure with strong attention to detail
•Reliable, structured, and accountable
•“No lead left behind” mindset

Preferred Qualifications:
•Industrial equipment/process/engineering sales exposure
•Basic marketing execution (LinkedIn, email campaigns, simple content writing)
•Experience working with Incoterms/shipping docs (basic understanding)
Description: Responsibilities:
•Capture all leads/RFQ’s; log in CRM; assign stage/next step
•Customer communication: acknowledge, clarify specs, coordinate meetings
•Prepare quote packages (PDF from template) and attach datasheets
•Manage quote approval workflow (pricing/terms/lead time sign-offs)
•Run structured follow-up cadence; log actions in CRM; escalate stuck deals
•Maintain pipeline accuracy; weekly pipeline/action report
•Coordinate order handoff pack to Admin/OPS after award
•Maintain sales toolkit: templates, deck, one-pagers, case studies
•Marketing (light): executive monthly content/outreach plan (LinkedIn posts, targeted email campaigns), track results

5 days per week 8:30-5:00 or 8:00-4:30
