Description:
We’re looking for a motivated, bilingual (FR/EN) professional who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. As an ASC Solutions Associate, you’ll help expand our Authorized Service Center network and ensure customers get top-tier support.
Position Summary
The Bilingual (FR/EN) Service Call Associate is responsible for onboarding Authorized Service Centers (ASC) and large dealer groups, supporting them from the initial call to receiving a Greenworks account number. You’ll also assist customers and internal teams with warranty and ASC needs, acting as the first point of contact while building and maintaining relationships. This position is based in Holland Landing, ON.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Onboard new ASCs and maintain relationships with all service centers
Contact at least 15 ASC prospects daily with a minimum 20% close rate
Maintain an up-to-date ASC network to support all business units
Support onboarding of large dealer groups
Collaborate with the Commercial Customer Service Support Team to provide service solutions
Ensure positive customer experiences and exceed expectations
Maintain accurate records in Salesforce
Follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned by management
