📞 Help Customers Like a Pro: Answer calls, solve problems, and make someone’s day easier.
🧠 Learn Real Business Tools: Work with systems like Salesforce CRM and gain valuable office experience.
🔧 Troubleshoot & Problem Solve: Assist customers with equipment questions and guide them to solutions.
📦 Support Orders & Inventory: Check stock, process replacement parts, and keep things running smoothly.
✉️ Follow Up & Close the Loop: Send emails and ensure every customer issue is fully resolved.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls and take appropriate action
Enter and maintain customer info in Salesforce CRM (Name, Address, Email, Payment details)
Assist with troubleshooting, requesting pictures, videos, and proof of purchase when necessary
Initiate orders for warranty or replacement parts
Complete customer case details and send follow-ups
Ensure the call queue is cleared by the end of each shift
Complete hands-on product training

$22/hour — way above most summer jobs
