Description: Company Overview: We are a growing scaffolding company supporting construction projects across the region. We are looking for a reliable, safety-focused team member to assist with yard operations and delivery driving as needed. Position Summary: This role is primarily yard-based, with driving responsibilities assigned as required. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing scaffolding materials in the yard and operating a 3-ton Hino flatbed truck to deliver and pick up materials from job sites. Key Responsibilities: Operate a 3-ton Hino truck with a 21-foot flatbed for deliveries and pickups, Load and unload scaffolding materials safely and efficiently, Pick, sort, and organize steel scaffolding in the yard, Prepare materials for upcoming job sites, Ensure loads are properly secured for transport, Follow all safety procedures in the yard and on construction sites, Conduct basic vehicle inspections and report any issues, Assist team members with general yard duties as needed. Work Schedule: Yard Work: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Driving Shifts (as required): May vary depending on job site needs, Early morning shifts (e.g., 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM), Afternoon/evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM), Flexibility is required as hours may change based on project demands.
