Location: Downtown Toronto – Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Salary: $70K – $85K (T4)

Responsibilities:

- Support project managers with project coordination, tracking, and reporting
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, and status updates
- Assist with budget tracking, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Support project governance and stakeholder communications
- Manage project updates using tools such as JIRA, Clarity, or similar PPM tools

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience as a PCO / Project Coordinator / Junior PM
- Strong organization and documentation skills
- Experience working in Agile or PMO environments
- Proficiency with Excel and project management tools
- Strong communication and coordination skills
