Previous assistant experience,
Administrative certification.
Description: We are hiring for an operations administrative assistant in Newmarket! The Operations Administrative Assistant is responsible for organizing and maintaining administrative aspects of the plant that assist the management team. This includes documents, records, schedules, and files.

Major Areas of Responsibilities:
Answering phones and email, filing and other administrative tasks,
Assist in staff orientation, setup and document completion,
Liaise with other departments to facilitate calls and meetings,
Provide support on tasks and improvement projects,
Maintaining reports,
Participate in groups, committees and planning sessions,
Background research,
Data collection and summarization,
ERP transaction processing,
ERP system data maintenance,
Backup for other office roles,
Adhere to health & safety policies and procedures at all times,
Other duties as required.
Hours per week: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
Rate of Pay: $22-26/hour
