Number: 680 Type: Full Time Part Time Location: Markham Requirements: As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing orders, and supporting sales initiatives. This role requires proven experience and knowledge in motor variable frequency drives (VFDs) to effectively support customer inquiries and contribute to the sales team’s success. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. Process customer orders, prepare quotes, and follow up on sales opportunities. Provide technical product knowledge and support specifically related to variable frequency drives (VFDs). Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and satisfaction. Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, technical support) to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system. Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and sales documentation. Proactively identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Qualifications: Experience with variable frequency drives (VFDs) in sales, technical support, or a related role. Proven experience in internal sales, customer service, or account management Strong knowledge of international business, incoterms, customs clearance Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin, Spanish, French, German. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment. Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
