Ability to communicate effectively in English (required). Ability to speak Portuguese or Spanish is an asset. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. Ability to work early mornings, weekends, or flexible hours as required. Full-time availability is preferred; part-time availability will be considered. Work hours are flexible and can be discussed based on the candidate’s availability. Description: We are seeking a motivated and reliable Baker Assistant with some experience in European-style baking to support daily production in our bakery. The ideal candidate is passionate about baking, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to learn and grow within the role. Assist with the preparation and baking of European-style breads, pastries, and baked goods. Support head bakers with dough preparation, shaping, proofing, and baking. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workspace. Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times. Assist with inventory preparation and ingredient handling as needed. Hours per week: Monday-Friday / Weekend Availability 20-40 hrs/week Rate of Pay: $21+/hr (dependent of experience)
