Description:
We are a small, growing pool sales company seeking a reliable and organized Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth functioning of our office, supporting both front desk activities and internal processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage front desk reception duties, including greeting clients, answering phone calls, and responding to inquiries,
Coordinate scheduling for sales appointments, service calls, and internal meetings,
Maintain organized office systems, including filing, documentation, and record keeping,
Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, email correspondence, and supply management,
Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-ups,
Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, tracking payments, and basic financial record maintenance,
Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders and documentation,
Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment for customers and staff.
Hours per week:
30-40
Rate of Pay:
$21- $25/hour
