Description:
We are currently seeking Picker Packer/ Parts Clerk to join our team.
This role is ideal for a mechanically inclined individual who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and customer service. The successful candidate will be reliable, detail oriented, and eager to learn a specialized product line.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
•Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
•Update customers on order status and delivery delays
Order Fulfillment & Inventory
•Pick parts accurately using inventory management systems.
•Process and pack customer orders in a prompt and correct manner.
•Perform quality checks to ensure correct parts and quantities.
•Verify packing slips and order details prior to shipment.
•Issue parts invoices, RGAs, and customer credits.
•Follow up on customer back orders with internal team members.
•Solicit new parts orders from dealers and customers.
Inventory & Warehouse Support
•Maintain shelves and inventory locations to support efficient pick/pack operations.
•Process parts requisitions for the purchasing department.
•Coordinate stock transfers from the U.S. warehouse.
•Participating in physical inventory counts
•Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Shipping & Receiving (Backup)
•Assist shipping and receiving as needed.
•Operate a forklift to load and unload trucks (if a valid certificate holder)
•Other duties as required by supervisors.
Working Conditions
•Combination of office based computer work and manufacturing/warehouse duties
•Work is performed in a manufacturing environment. The position involves a range of physical activities, including standing, walking, carrying, stooping, crouching, sitting, grasping, and reaching. The role may require lifting, pulling, and/or pushing items weighing up to 50 lbs. Appropriate personal protective equipment is required, including but not limited to steel toe footwear and eye, ear, and hand protection. Accommodation may be provided in accordance with applicable legislation.
Compensation & Benefits
•42.5 hours per week
•Hourly wage $19-22/ hour base one experience.
•Medical, dental, and life insurance benefits
•Working hours between Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (schedule to be determined)
