Description: Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions
• Maintain general ledger and journal entries
• Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare and issue invoices, purchase orders, and payments
• Research suppliers and validate information
• Negotiate with suppliers if required
• Record information on spreadsheets (Excel)
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Assist with month-end and year-end closings
• Maintain and organize financial records
• Job costings and analysis
• Prepare reports as required by management
• Ensure compliance with federal and provincial tax regulations (HST, payroll deductions, etc.)
• Collaborate with external accountants and auditors
Hours per week: 40
Rate of Pay: 45,000.00-60,000.00 per annum to start
