Requirements:	Personal Support Worker (PSW) – Night Shift Addiction Treatment Centre – Ontario We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker (PSW) to join our residential addiction treatment team for a night shift position. About the Role This role supports individuals in recovery from substance use challenges within a structured, residential treatment environment. You will play a key part in providing care, stability, and emotional support to clients on their recovery journey. Responsibilities Provide compassionate, client-centred support to residents Assist with daily living activities and nighttime routines Monitor client wellbeing and report any changes or concerns Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment Follow individualized care plans and facility protocols Work collaboratively with clinical and support staff Qualifications PSW certificate from an accredited program Experience in mental health or addiction support is an asset Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently during night shifts Compassionate, non-judgmental approach to care What We Offer Meaningful work in addiction recovery Supportive and team-oriented environment Opportunity to make a real impact in clients’ lives
