Description: As a Barback, you’re not just restocking bottles; you’re ensuring our bartenders can shine, and our guests are always impressed. WHAT YOU’LL DO: ● Support bartenders with setup, restocking, and cleanup throughout service ● Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times ● Refill ice, glassware, garnishes, mixers, and spirits efficiently ● Handle bar prep, such as juicing, slicing, and batching as needed ● Ensure glassware and tools are clean and available during service ● Assist with waste disposal and adhere to all hygiene and safety protocols ● Work closely with FOH and BOH teams to ensure seamless operations WHAT YOU BRING: ● 2+ years of experience as a barback or support staff in a fine dining or upscale bar ● Strong organizational skills and a sense of urgency ● Ability to anticipate bartenders' and guests' needs ● Physical stamina – able to lift to 50 lbs, climb stairs, and stand for long periods ● Reliability, punctuality, and a positive, can-do attitude ● A passion for hospitality and attention to detail ● Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Hours per week: Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays 40 Rate of Pay: $17.60/hour
