Required Qualifications
• Completion of college diploma in Business Administration or related field
• Demonstrated experience working with manufacturing-based ERP systems. Familiarity
with SYSPRO is a strong asset.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and MS office suites
• Solid understanding of:
o Inventory control
o Bills of Materials
o Job costing and WIP
o Manufacturing workflows
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Exceptional attention to detail, complemented by strong analytical and problem-solving
abilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with plant personnel, finance, and sales teams.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with year-end inventory counts and audits.
• Knowledge of pricing strategies, cost roll-ups, and margin analysis
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Above average organizational skills needed for the completion of reports and
documentation.
• Highly organized and detailer oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a
fast- paced, high volume environment.
Description:
Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing & Work Order Management
• Create machine jobs (work orders) and include options embedded under multiple BOM
layers.
• Support job closure activities and review WIP values for outstanding dollar amounts.
o Review and follow up on open or outstanding jobs.
o Relay completed jobs to billing department as needed.
• Adjustments to physical inventory
• Perform related clerical duties, such as word processing, maintaining filing and record
systems, and photocopying.
Pricing & Costing
• Create and revise selling prices for manufactured and purchased parts.
• Perform cost implosions for purchased parts and rolled-up BOM costing to ensure
current inventory values.
• Calculate cost of materials, overhead and other expenses.
• Review and price specialty or high-value items not priced directly in the system.
• Keeping pricing up to date in ERP system (SYSRPO)
• Create dealer price lists and distribute.
• Review cost-versus-price reports to determine pricing adjustments.
• Maintain AR discounts in customer maintenance.
Year-End Inventory
• Create and distribute year-end inventory count worksheets for physical counts.
• Lock system programs to prevent additions or deletions affecting year-end figures.
• Consolidate physical inventory counts in Excel and import revised quantities.
• Review year-end variances and complete inventory adjustments as needed.

Working conditions
Office work at a computer as well as occasionally going into warehouse manufacturing
environments. Required to wear appropriate PPE while in the warehouse.
