The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of mechanical systems, is comfortable using hand and power tools, and can interpret technical drawings with accuracy. Key Responsibilities •Fit and install prefabricated parts to create sub-assemblies and finished products •Assemble mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems •Follow proper assembly sequence, completing sub-assemblies independently •Meet production schedules and maintain required pace of work •Perform grinding, fitting, and adjustments to ensure proper fit and function •Work from production schedules and assist with expediting parts when required •Inspect completed products to ensure proper function and safety compliance •Maintain high standards of quality and accountability for own work •Follow all safety procedures and company policies What We Offer •Competitive wages based on experience •Consistent work schedule: oMonday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM oFriday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM •Permanent full-time position (39 hours/week) •Overtime opportunities, including occasional Saturdays •Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, and life insurance) •Immediate start date Working Conditions This position operates within a manufacturing environment and requires: •Standing, walking, bending, crouching, and repetitive tasks •Lifting, pushing, or pulling materials up to 50 lbs •Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE), including: oSteel-toe boots oEye, ear, and hand protection Hours per week: 39 Rate of Pay:
