Job Title: Automotive Regional Controller   Date Posted: 05/08/26 Ref. Number: 995 Type: Full Time Part Time Location: Newmarket Requirements: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: •CPA designation required •5+ years experience in controllership or equivalent senior accounting role •Experience managing full accounting functions and FS for multiple dealerships •Ability to lead a team and drive success •Knowledge of dealership management systems such as PBS, Reynolds & Reynolds, or CDK is an asset. This position requires the flexibility to work full-time in Newmarket, Ontario with regular travel to our dealership locations across Ontario (i.e., Aurora, Richmond Hill, Brampton, London). Description: ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: •Ability to travel from Newmarket, Ontario to other Ontario dealership locations •Local and corporate banking, as required; •Participate in and support local and corporate training and meetings, as required; •Credit card management; •Review bank deposits, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable tasks; •Download monthly bank statements administration for Ontario operations; •Analyze monthly aging reports and help resolve outstanding items and discrepancies; •Review and resolve bank reconciliations and journal entries as required; •Assist in reconciling payments to suppliers; •Review floor plan audits and reconciliation; •Review intercompany balancing monthly; •Use, develop, and maintain reporting in Microsoft Excel; •Other accounting responsibilities that may arise. Hours per week: Rate of Pay: $120,000
