Requirements: - Proven experience in office administration or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in clerical tasks and office software applications; experience with Spire Systems is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Description: -Communicating with customers via phone and email to receive orders
-Process orders for production team
-Simple accounting; AR, AP and collections processing, payment reconciliation
-Responding to client and vendor queries
- Manage purchase order requests and place orders as necessary with vendors
- Coordinate with logistics vendors for pickups and deliveries
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Provide clerical support such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Handle administrative duties to support the office/production staff
- Communicate effectively with internal team members and external partners
Hours per week: Monday-Friday / Weekend Availability (if needed) 40
