Number: 716 Type: Full Time Part Time Location: Aurora Requirements: Customer Service Representative Aurora, ON $18.00 per hour Position Overview: We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Business Development Center (BDC) in Aurora. This is a part-time position, with a primary focus on evening shifts and Saturday coverage. We are specifically seeking someone available to work evenings from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Saturdays from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, as these are critical coverage times for our clients. In this role, you will play a key part in managing inbound service appointment calls and supporting other accounts with outbound calls. If you have strong communication and computer skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and can deliver excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you. Automotive experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
