Education

Professional Experience
Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, or related marketing roles.
Experience working with consumer products, home improvement, outdoor power equipment, or eco-conscious brands is considered an asset.
Experience managing social media campaigns across major platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Experience with influencer marketing campaigns and paid social advertising preferred.
Additional Requirements
Ability to travel up to 20% as required.
Flexibility to support occasional evening or weekend events and campaign activities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Social Media & Influencer Marketing
Develop, manage, and execute social media campaigns and promotions that support Greenworks’ marketing objectives and social-first strategies.
Create and maintain social media content plans and calendars aligned with the overall marketing and communications calendar.
Manage and grow Greenworks Canada’s social media presence across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
Create engaging and brand-aligned content including product spotlights, promotional assets, videos, tutorials, and campaign materials.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop compelling content that drives awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Monitor social media channels, manage community engagement, and respond to customer inquiries and comments in a professional and timely manner.
Research emerging social media trends, platforms, influencer opportunities, and best practices relevant to the Canadian market.
Develop and execute influencer marketing initiatives that elevate brand awareness among primary and secondary target audiences.
Support paid social advertising campaigns and assisting integrating social initiatives with broader digital marketing strategies including SEO and email marketing.
Track and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, and other analytics platforms.
Develop dashboards, reports, and recommendations to measure program effectiveness and optimize future campaigns.
Omni-Channel Marketing Communications
Develop and manage the overall marketing communications calendar to support key business priorities, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotions.
Assisting the planning and execution of omni-channel marketing campaigns across digital and retail channels.
Support email marketing initiatives and marketing automation programs tied to promotions and customer engagement.
Coordinate and support special events, trade shows, online activations, and marketing initiatives.
Organize, maintain, and publish marketing assets within the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system and assist with updates to Product Information Management (PIM) systems.
Review and proof of marketing materials and assets prior to publishing to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
Coordinate production schedules, timelines, and approvals with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors.
Support project management activities including reporting, assessments, and campaign tracking.
Organize workload efficiently, manage multiple deadlines, and adapt quickly to evolving business priorities.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Technical Skills
Proficiency with social media management and scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or similar platforms.
Experience using analytics and reporting tools including Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Sprout Social.
Knowledge of SEO, digital advertising, and integrated marketing strategies.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Creative Cloud is an asset.
Familiarity with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro preferred.
Basic knowledge of website content management systems such as WordPress or Shopify is considered an asset.
Product & Brand Knowledge
Understanding Greenworks Tools products and product categories including cordless outdoor power equipment, snow blowers, pressure washers, and battery platform systems is an asset.
Ability to communicate product features, performance benefits, and sustainability-focused messaging effectively to Canadian consumers.
