Reporting to the General Manager and Sales Management Team, the Sales Representative is responsible for building relationships, driving results, achieving and exceeding targets, and contributing to the overall success of the dealership sales team. The successful candidate must be adaptable and flexible in how customers choose to engage, from initial inquiry to final vehicle purchase. Compensation: On-Target Earnings of $100,000+ per year, including bonus and commission. Hours: 5 days per week, including Saturdays, with a weekday off in lieu. Responsibilities Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of dealership products and services. Identify potential customers and follow up on leads generated by the dealership. Assist customers in selecting vehicles that best meet their needs and budget. Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives. Negotiate pricing and financing options to close sales. Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor. Qualifications OMVIC Certification. Exceptional customer service skills. Self-starter with a strong desire to succeed and adapt to a rapidly changing environment. Professional sales aptitude. Strong digital proficiency. Experience using multiple digital platforms to engage customers, from e-leads through advanced online and mobile applications. Creative and solution-oriented mindset. Strong team player.
