The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a warm and safe home for ducks. Training and protective wear will be provided to the right person who demonstrates motivation and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities include: Assist with receiving baby ducks Moving ducklings through their life cycle from pen to pen Adding clean bedding (shavings) to pens on a regular basis Washing & disinfecting barns Other barn & duck care duties as required Qualifications and skills: Ability to work with a small team of 3–4 people Able to lift up to 30 lbs to waist level No allergies to dust or feathers Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Hours: Approx. 6:30 am–3:30 pm, Monday–Friday with occasional weekends. Compensation: Starting rate $18/hour plus comprehensive benefit package after 3 months.
