Number: 756 Type: Full Time Part Time Location: Stouffville Requirements: PT Pharmacy Clerk Position Type: Part-Time, Permanent Hourly Wage: Starting at $16.60/hour (higher wage may be offered based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications in accordance with the collective agreement) Location: Stouffville, ON Shift: Days, Evenings, and Weekends Position Overview As a Pharmacy Clerk, you will play an important role in ensuring the pharmacy department remains well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing while providing friendly, efficient, and professional customer service. Key Responsibilities Assist with ordering, product rotation, and inventory control. Maintain knowledge of products carried within the department. Assist with end-cap and seasonal displays. Receive and verify deliveries, ensuring products match invoices and are received in good condition. Store and organize products appropriately. Enter and reconcile invoices and credits and maintain shrink logs. Assist customers with product information and locating merchandise. Operate cash register as required. Support department resets and merchandising updates. Maintain scanning and price accuracy within the department. Ensure store standards and cleanliness are maintained. Perform inventory-related tasks. Check and respond to emails. Answer telephone inquiries. Perform other duties as assigned by pharmacy management. Follow company policies, government regulations, health and safety requirements, and food safety standards. Qualifications Customer service focused. Strong communication skills. Key Relationships This role works closely with pharmacy management and collaborates with departments such as pharmacy operations, merchandising, inventory control, auditing, store services, IT support teams, customers, and external vendors. Additional Information This is an existing permanent part-time position. The position is part of a unionized bargaining unit.
