Job Title: Personal Support Worker - Adult Day Program Worker   Date Posted: 06/16/26 Ref. Number: 468 Type: Full Time Part Time Location: Keswick Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess the following DSW, SSW, PSW or equivalent preferred. Minimum of 1-2 years' experience supporting people with intellectual and or physical disabilities. Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening. A minimum valid G2 driver's license with a clean driver's abstract is required for outings, but travel to different work sites is not required. CPR must be up to date. Description: We are currently accepting applications from Support Workers with unique bubbly personality! Hours 8 am to 4 pm. You will work in collaboration with their program team to ensure and to nurture the well-being, growth and development of core members in the program in accordance with the principles, values and philosophy outlined in the Mission Statement. The successful candidate must hold a current DSW, SSW or Personal Support Worker certificate from a recognized college. It is preferred that the applicant be very creative, enjoy art and using their imagination. Major Responsibilities Primary support for individuals with DISABLITY needs. In collaboration with team members, support the physical, psychological and emotional well-being of the core members who come to the program.The needs by respectfully supporting them with daily living skills, personal hygiene, and where needed. Encourage each person to achieve the highest level of independence in personal care and relationships. Maintain up-to-date training requirements. Understand and adhere to all Peaceful Hearts community standards, policies, and procedures. Duties include: Toileting/changing, Feeding, Positioning/transferring. Supporting individuals throughout daily program activities and outings Hours per week: 8 am to 4 pm Rate of Pay: $21–$24 an hour
