No previous experience is required—training is provided. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service in a friendly and welcoming environment. Assist customers with product selection and recommendations. Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive retail space. Support promotional and marketing initiatives within the bakery. Assist with bread and pastry production during quieter periods. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications Positive attitude and strong customer service skills. Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills. Willingness to learn and develop new skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Retail or food service experience is an asset but not required. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
