Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering
Mandarin-speaking required
experience in manufacturing or production engineering, with some knowledge of
production line support, equipment maintenance, and manufacturing processes.
Hands-on experience in NPI and quality issue resolution, including pilot run support,
product validation, root cause analysis, and cross-functional collaboration (R&D, Quality,
Production).
Strong continuous improvement and problem-solving skills, with the ability to improve
efficiency through standardization, documentation, and simple automation tools (e.g.,
Excel/VBA).
Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
Create equipment maintenance procedure and schedule and take charge of spare parts
inventory.
Optimize machine usage, and introduce new machines or tools based on production
requirements.
Production line support: Support existing production lines, including troubleshoot
different production issues, and continuous improvement actions.
NPI process and pilot run monitor: support NPI projects, preparing pilot run and write
proper validation report.
Product quality investigation: Support to solve quality issues identified in mass
production phase, finding the root cause and provide technical support to quality team.
New release validation: validate the new release for different product from RD, to ensure
the feasibility for production line.
Documentation: Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including
manufacturing instructions, specifications, and test reports.
Communicate with different suppliers and propose technical requirements for new
designs or improvement on current product.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identifying potential risks to project timelines and
budgets, developing mitigation plans, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Continuous Improvement: Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product
quality, manufacturing efficiency, and overall NPI processes. Utilize simple automation
(eg. VBA) to improve the efficiency.
Ensure Occupational Health and Safety compliance with health and safety laws and
regulations.
Follow all procedures in compliance of the Employer's standard policy and
operation regulations.

grow.
