Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong customer relationships,
acting as a trusted point of contact and ensuring customer satisfaction. Using CRM as
primary tools for recording and planning customer interactions
Account Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business with
existing clients, upselling or cross-selling additional products or services. Generate and
fulfil account plans as a roadmap to success with quantifiable road marks
Customer Needs Assessment: Understand customer needs, challenges, and goals, and
provide solutions that align with our product offerings.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to
effectively communicate their value and positioning to customers and how these are
differentiated within the market.
Customer Success: Actively manage customer accounts, ensuring they receive
appropriate support and assistance throughout their journey. Recycle old opportunities
to increase top of sales funnel.
Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to improve products and
services and enhance the customer experience.
Sales Reporting: Maintain and update sales and customer success records, including
key performance indicators and customer interactions.
Ensure Occupational Health and Safety compliance with health and safety laws and
regulations
Follow all procedures in compliance of Accuenergy (Canada) Inc standard policy and
operation regulations.
Any other operation-related responsibilities may be added as company continues to
grow.
Hard Skills:
Previous experience with Electrical Systems such as PLC, Controller, Transformers,
SCADA, or HVAC (preferred)
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge or interest in Industrial automation, Energy Savings, Battery Storage, IoT,
Solar, HVAC, Data Centers
Fast Learner
Able to make quick and deep connections
Ability to identify decision makers and key contacts
Ability to quickly connect with people and make relationships
Ability to think conceptually
Detail orientated and strong multi-tasking skills
