Description: Duties and Responsibilities:
 Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong customer relationships,
acting as a trusted point of contact and ensuring customer satisfaction. Using CRM as
primary tools for recording and planning customer interactions
 Account Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business with
existing clients, upselling or cross-selling additional products or services. Generate and
fulfil account plans as a roadmap to success with quantifiable road marks
 Customer Needs Assessment: Understand customer needs, challenges, and goals, and
provide solutions that align with our product offerings.
 Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to
effectively communicate their value and positioning to customers and how these are
differentiated within the market.
 Customer Success: Actively manage customer accounts, ensuring they receive
appropriate support and assistance throughout their journey. Recycle old opportunities
to increase top of sales funnel.
 Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to improve products and
services and enhance the customer experience.
 Sales Reporting: Maintain and update sales and customer success records, including
key performance indicators and customer interactions.
 Ensure Occupational Health and Safety compliance with health and safety laws and
regulations
 Follow all procedures in compliance of Accuenergy (Canada) Inc standard policy and
operation regulations.
 Any other operation-related responsibilities may be added as company continues to
grow.
Hard Skills:
 Previous experience with Electrical Systems such as PLC, Controller, Transformers,
SCADA, or HVAC (preferred)
 Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
 Knowledge or interest in Industrial automation, Energy Savings, Battery Storage, IoT,
Solar, HVAC, Data Centers
 Fast Learner
 Able to make quick and deep connections
 Ability to identify decision makers and key contacts
 Ability to quickly connect with people and make relationships
 Ability to think conceptually
 Detail orientated and strong multi-tasking skills
 Strong Listener
Hours per week: 40
Rate of Pay: $60,000–$65,000 a year
