Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker to join our woodworking team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, woodworking, and manufacturing, with the ability to interpret blueprints and schematics. This role involves crafting custom cabinets and
furniture, ensuring precise measurements, high-quality finishes, and adherence to project specifications. The position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects, from custom residential cabinetry to high end retail store fixtures, in a collaborative environment dedicated to quality craftsmanship and excellence.
Duties:
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to produce custom cabinetry and woodwork.
Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machines, and other woodworking equipment safely and efficiently.
Cut, shape, assemble, and finish cabinet components with precision.
Perform restoration work on existing cabinetry or furniture pieces as needed.
Measure accurately for material cutting and assembly to meet project specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards at all times.
Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other tradespeople for seamless project execution.
Assist with material estimation and project planning when required.
