Number: 892 Type: Full Time Part Time Location: Markham Requirements: What You'll Bring Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a people-first approach to building relationships Comfort making outbound calls and sending outreach emails to prospective instructors and speakers Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines at once Adaptability and a willingness to switch between different types of tasks Experience in business development, booking coordination, recruiting, research, or a similar role is an asset A process-minded attitude - you naturally look for ways to make things run better Proficiency in English, with clear and professional written and verbal communication A proactive, self-motivated attitude and genuine enthusiasm for connecting with people Working knowledge of AI tools and how to apply them in your daily tasks Description: What You'll Do Source and research potential instructors and subject-matter experts who fit LearnFormula's target audience Reach out to prospective instructors and speakers by phone and email, present the opportunity, and secure their involvement Build and maintain ongoing relationships with instructors and speakers, keeping them engaged for repeat sessions and future content Coordinate booking logistics, including scheduling, confirmations, and pre-session communication Maintain an organized pipeline and records of instructors, speakers, and bookings Serve as the main point of contact, guiding instructors and speakers through the process for a smooth, professional experience Continuously improve how we source, book, and manage talent - identifying bottlenecks, testing new approaches, and building repeatable systems that scale Take on research projects, operational tasks, and other assignments as business priorities shift.
