Compensation

Position Summary

The Service Operations Coordinator supports daily service operations by ensuring processes are efficient, accurate, and well-coordinated.

This role works closely with operations teams, field technicians, and customer support to track completed service work, maintain accurate records, coordinate follow-ups, and provide operational insights that help improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys supporting teams by keeping processes running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Coordination
Review completed service work to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Track operational follow-ups and ensure tasks are completed.
Support route planning and workload management by identifying trends and capacity concerns.
Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
Assist with reporting and analysis to improve operational efficiency.
Field & Customer Support
Support contractor and field service coordination.
Monitor shared mailboxes and respond to customer inquiries.
Process sales orders and maintain accurate information.
Escalate service concerns and coordinate solutions with appropriate teams.
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve operational processes.
Provide support with data tracking, reporting, and service performance improvements.
Assist teams with maintaining accurate systems and documentation.
Qualifications
Required
Experience in operations, administration, customer service, logistics, or field service support.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working with data, reports, and operational systems.
Preferred Assets
Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP/service management software.
Experience supporting field service teams.
Knowledge of pool service operations is considered an asset.
Schedule & Location
Primarily office-based position in Stouffville, Ontario.
Occasional customer visits may be required.
Flexibility needed during peak seasonal periods to support operational demands.
