Position Summary

The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for protecting service quality standards, conducting structured audits, improving operational consistency, and enhancing the overall customer experience across recurring residential service routes.

This role works closely with Service Leadership to improve quality and performance. The successful candidate will focus on identifying opportunities for improvement, tracking quality metrics, strengthening processes, and ensuring consistent service standards.

Success in this role will be measured by improvements in audit scores, reduction in repeat service concerns, documentation accuracy, and increased customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Quality Audits & Service Standards
Conduct structured field audits of completed service visits.
Verify chemical balance accuracy, service completion, documentation standards, and safety compliance.
Audit work completed by both employees and contractors.
Ensure service standards are consistently maintained.
Quality Improvement & Reporting
Review customer feedback, callbacks, and service concerns to identify root causes.
Recommend action plans to improve service quality.
Identify recurring service issues and recommend process improvements.
Track quality metrics, reporting, and corrective actions.
Support documentation, SOP compliance, and data accuracy.
Collaboration & Customer Experience
Partner with Service Managers to maintain high customer service standards.
Provide feedback and recommendations to improve operational consistency.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across service operations.
Qualifications
Required
2–3 years of experience in quality assurance, service coordination, operations, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational software.
Valid Ontario G Driver’s Licence with clean abstract.
Preferred Assets
Post-secondary education in Business, Operations, or a related field.
Experience in pool maintenance or field service operations.
Experience conducting audits or quality inspections.
Work Conditions
Primarily road-based role within a designated weekly service area.
Regular site visits to monitor field quality and customer experience.
Occasional time at the Stouffville office for meetings and reporting.
Flexibility required during peak seasonal periods.
Outdoor work environment with exposure to varying weather conditions.
Ability to walk properties, lift up to 30 lbs, and access pool equipment areas as required.
