This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates effectively, and understands the importance of delivering high-quality service within private residential settings. The Indoor Pool Service Technician is responsible for maintaining and servicing indoor pools located in high-end residential homes. The successful candidate will have knowledge of pool systems, indoor ventilation, water chemistry, and equipment operation while providing professional and discreet service to customers. Key Responsibilities Indoor Pool Maintenance & Service Perform regular maintenance and servicing of indoor pools to ensure optimal water clarity and system performance. Monitor indoor pool environments, including ventilation systems and humidity control. Diagnose and address equipment issues. Maintain proper operation of pumps, heaters, filtration systems, and related pool equipment. Perform water testing and chemical adjustments as required. Customer Service Provide exceptional customer service while working in private residences. Communicate directly with customers regarding service updates, scheduling, and follow-up requirements. Represent the company professionally and respectfully at all times. Maintain discretion when working within high-end residential environments. Communication & Organization Manage scheduling changes and customer requests through company communication systems while on-site. Maintain regular communication with the office regarding schedules, service updates, and customer needs. Keep work areas clean, organized, and professional. Qualifications Required 1+ year of experience in pool maintenance or service. Strong understanding of pool chemistry and equipment operation. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Professional, reliable, and able to work independently. Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to schedule changes. Comfortable working in private residences with professionalism and discretion. Preferred Assets 2–4 years of pool service experience. Previous indoor pool service experience. Knowledge of indoor pool ventilation systems and environmental controls. Experience troubleshooting pool equipment and mechanical systems.
