Requirements:	Physical Stamina: Ability to stand or walk for long periods, and lift or push up to 30–50 lbs.Communication Skills: Basic verbal skills to answer guest questions and report issues to supervisors.Flexibility: Willingness to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, or holidays.Experience: Prior cleaning or hospitality experience is preferred, on-the-job training will be provided. Applicants have to live in Aurora or have reliable transportation.
Description:	Public Area Cleaning: Vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors in lobbies, hallways, stairs, and public restrooms. Wipe down glass, mirrors, and doors.Stocking Supplies: Deliver clean linens, towels, and amenities to floor closets and room attendant carts.Waste & Linen Removal: Gather trash, recycling, and soiled linens from carts and hallways.Heavy Lifting & Setup: Move furniture, flip mattresses, and help set up or tear down event spaces.Guest Requests: Deliver items like rollaway beds, cribs, or extra blankets directly to guest rooms.Maintenance Reporting: Spot and report broken fixtures, lights, or safety hazards to maintenance. Starting wage is $18.90 and moves to $19.90 about 90 days probation period.
