Description: We are looking for experienced Welder/Fitters for a steel manufacturing client in the Holland Landing area. Shifts Available: • Days: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM • Afternoons: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM • The Role: We are looking for 2 experienced Welder/Fitters, with a strong focus on fitting, to join a busy structural steel manufacturing environment. Duties • Fit and weld structural steel components using MIG welding • Read and interpret shop drawings and welding diagrams • Measure, position, align, and assemble steel components • Work with custom steel components and assemblies • Use hand tools, torches, and other fabrication equipment • Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy • Maintain a clean and organized work area • Follow all workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements Hours per week: Days: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM • Afternoons: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM Rate of Pay: $27–$30/hour – Based on Experience
