 Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
 Basic computer skills are an asset.
 Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
 Must meet applicable eligibility requirements for work involving Controlled Goods in Canada.

Description: We are looking for reliable and motivated Production Workers to join our printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing team.
This is a hands-on manufacturing position involving various stages of PCB production. Previous PCB experience is an asset but is not required. Training will be provided for candidates who are dependable,
willing to learn, and able to follow detailed instructions.

Key Responsibilities
 Perform various production tasks involved in the manufacturing of printed circuit boards.
 Follow work instructions, flow sheets, procedures, and customer requirements for each job.
 Operate production equipment after receiving the appropriate training.
 Inspect work throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality requirements are met.
 Accurately complete required production documentation and sign-offs.
 Verify quantities, part numbers, and other job information before beginning and completing each
process.
 Immediately report any quality concerns, discrepancies, equipment issues, or damaged
product.
 Handle materials and finished products carefully to prevent damage.
 Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
 Follow all company health and safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
 Work cooperatively with other departments to keep orders moving through production efficiently.
Hours per week: 40
Rate of Pay: 20-25
