Requirements: Qualifications
 Previous experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within a manufacturing
environment.
 PCB manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
 Knowledge of AS9100 and quality management systems.
 Experience working with manufacturing procedures, work instructions, specifications, and
inspection documentation.
 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
 Good problem-solving and communication skills.
 Ability to work effectively with both production employees and management.
 Comfortable using computers and maintaining quality records and documentation.

responsibility within the QC team.
Description: We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our printed circuit board (PCB)
manufacturing team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance within PCB manufacturing,
electronics, aerospace, or a related manufacturing environment.
Siber Circuits is an AS9100-certified PCB manufacturing facility serving aerospace, defence, and other
high-reliability industries. The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining our quality
standards and supporting our Quality Control team.
Key Responsibilities
 Support and maintain the company’s AS9100 Quality Management System and applicable
customer and industry requirements.
 Review and ensure compliance with work instructions, procedures, specifications, and quality
documentation.
 Assist with the investigation and documentation of non-conformances and corrective actions.
 Review production and inspection documentation for accuracy and completeness.
 Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Management to resolve quality-related issues.
 Help ensure products meet customer specifications and applicable quality requirements prior to
shipment.
 Support internal and external quality audits.
 Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within our manufacturing and quality processes.
 Provide guidance and support to members of the Quality Control team.
 Develop into a leadership role within the Quality Department as knowledge and experience with
our processes grow.
